1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service govern purchases made through RadbKao.com and form part of the agreement between the customer and RadbKao™, operated by Guangnian Gravity (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the incorporated Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable warranty terms.

2. Product information

We work to present product descriptions, specifications, measurements, materials, finishes, photographs, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting, natural grain or texture, manufacturing tolerances, and product improvements may create minor differences. Dimensions and load guidance are model-specific, while real-world suitability depends on proper assembly, surface conditions, maintenance, environment, and intended use.

Before ordering, customers should measure the room and access route and review the product’s dimensions, included items, assembly requirements, care instructions, and intended purpose.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee final acceptance. We may verify payment, identity, address, inventory, quantity, or suspected fraud. Orders may be refused, limited, or canceled for payment failure, inventory issues, pricing or content errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions, export restrictions, or other lawful reasons. If a canceled order was charged, an appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices appear in the currency shown on the store and may change prospectively. Discounts, shipping, applicable taxes, and the final total appear before submission. By paying, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method. Banks and providers control authorization holds, exchange fees, and posting times.

5. Promotions

Promotions may have product, quantity, timing, territory, eligibility, or redemption limits. Unless expressly stated, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. Offers may be modified or ended as permitted by law.

6. Shipping, risk, and returns

Processing, delivery, returns, refunds, and cancellations follow the corresponding published policies. Ownership and risk transfer as determined by applicable law and the delivery terms shown at checkout. Every return requires prior written authorization and the correct return destination from Customer Care.

7. Limited warranty

Eligible RadbKao™ products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials and workmanship, subject to supplied warranty terms. The warranty excludes normal wear; expected grain, texture, or color variation; cosmetic change; upholstery compression; misuse; improper care; water, heat, pet, or accidental damage; incorrect assembly; unstable placement; overloading; commercial use unless expressly approved; unauthorized repair or modification; and use contrary to instructions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Proper assembly and use

Customers are responsible for following assembly, anchoring, load, placement, cleaning, maintenance, and safety instructions. Use supplied anti-tip restraints or suitable wall anchoring where required, keep small hardware away from children and pets, periodically inspect fasteners and stability, and stop using furniture that appears loose, unstable, cracked, or otherwise unsafe.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadbKao™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of use, data, revenue, or profit arising from purchase or product use. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim unless law requires otherwise.

10. Governing principles and severability

These terms are interpreted under applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms prospectively. The version effective when an order is accepted generally governs that transaction unless a legal change requires otherwise.
